This honey is a completely natural, raw and unpasteurised product made by our local bee keeper friend, John!
The honey is genuinely the best we've ever tried and he's very passionate about his bees and his wonderful honey! As it says on the lid " how do you know it's pure honey if you don't know the beekeeper"!
Ps: if you're a hay fever sufferer it's said that eating a few spoons full of local honey a day can help build up your resistance to the local pollen!
