Any small packages will be delivered by Royal Mail second class delivery for £3.99

All large gift boxes will be delivered by DHL UK next day delivery for £5.95

Orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery. Orders placed on Thursdays after 1pm and weekends will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.

Yes of course! We have plenty of customers who pick up their fresh orders. When placing your order at the checkout, simply choose the ‘pick up order’ option. 

You’ll then be able to pick up a collection date that suits you, we are open for collections from: 12pm – 8pm Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. 

Please ring the doorbell and quote your order number when you arrive.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bowesdairy.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
