Our trio box contains three delicious Lancashire cheese truckles produced by JJ Sandhams.

Tasty Lancashire
Sandhams tasty lancashire cheese is moist, crumbly and rich with a savoury tang. A traditionally made British cheese, there is a satisfying citrusy acidic tang to this cheese which has what the locals call a buttery crumble in texture.

Crumbly Lancashire
A fluffy, open textured cheese with a rich crumbly finish. It is an excellent culinary cheese and when melted it maintains a smooth, even consistency.

Lancashire Cheese Bomb
A wonderful cheese sealed in a wax casing in a distinctive round ball which is why it is called a Lancashire Black Bomb - Creamier than the mature variety. It still has that familiar sharp taste and acidity but is balanced to make it less crumbly and not as dry. A wonderful tangy flavour that goes well with olives and cheesy bread. Lancashire is closely related to Cheshire and Wensleydale cheese which are all referred to as being part of the crumbly family of cheeses.

This box includes:
1 x Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sea Salt Crackers
1 x Raydale Preserves Red Tomato Chutney

Packaged in a small brown Bowes Dairy Produce Box.
