Whiskey Cheddar
JJ Sandham’s creamy waxed cheddar has been combined with a kick of whiskey in order to create a cheddar with a boozy and unforgettable character. Especially good when enjoyed with a drop of the real thing.
 
Caramelised Onion & Red Wine
The finest Spanish Rioja red wine has been blended with caramelised onions and our tasty extra mature cheddar. The result is one of the most popular cheeses; smooth caramelised onion chutney infused with red wine offering a 'synergy' between the sweetness from the chutney and warming red wine.
 
Ale & Mustard
Mature Cheddar with added wholegrain mustard creating a burst of flavour, this is a wonderful crunchy and boozy combination. A perfect accompaniment with beef or ham.
