The very best award winning Lancashire cheese made in a traditional manner using fresh local Lancashire milk from JJ Sandham's family run company established in 1929. A wonderful cheese sealed in a wax casing in a distinctive round ball which is why it is called a Lancashire Black Bomb - Creamier than the mature variety.

It still has that familiar sharp taste and acidity but is balanced to make it less crumbly and not as dry. A wonderful tangy flavour that goes well with olives and cheesey bread. Lancashire is closely related to Cheshire and Wensleydale cheese which are all referred to as being part of the crumbly family of cheeses.

This cheese truckle is produced by JJ Sandhams, made in Lancashire.
