Raw Dandelion Honey, 340g

This raw dandelion honey is harvested in the Ribble Valley during the spring of 2025. It’s collected from bees foraging primarily on wild dandelion flowers, which are among the first nectar sources to appear each year. The honey has been sieved twice to remove large particles while keeping natural pollen and enzymes intact.

Dandelion honey has a bright golden color and a distinctive, mildly floral taste with subtle herbal notes. It's not a common variety, as dandelions bloom for a short window and are often overlooked in favor of other plants. That makes this batch unique in both origin and flavor.

Naturally raw and unpasteurized, it retains all the beneficial enzymes and antioxidants present in the original nectar. Dandelion honey is also traditionally valued for supporting digestion and liver health, and for its gentle antibacterial properties.
