Maker Market / Preston Flag Market / Saturday 12th July / 10am-4pm

A fantastic and popular market fair for crafters to sell their wares.

Head on down to Preston City Centre for a gathering of stalls like no other. Pick up delicious local goodies ranging from decadent cakes and handmade breads to an array of cheeses and locally distilled Gins.

Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show / Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July / 9:30am-5:30pm

The Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show is one of the oldest agricultural shows in Britain, celebrating the British countryside and agriculture with a variety of activities and displays.

It is a three-day event held annually at different locations within the historical county boundaries of Lancashire. The show features livestock displays, showjumping, falconry, a children's village, and much more. The 2025 show is scheduled for Friday 18th, Saturday 19th, and Sunday 20th July. 

 

Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival / Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July / 10am-6pm

The Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival will return in 2025 under new ownership.

The weekend will be filled with foodie fun including Celebrity Chefs James Martin Si King! LIVE cookery stages, foodie workshops, vintage funfair, kids activities, tastings, Gin Schools, Cookery Schools, live music from local artists, tribute acts, bars and MUCH MUCH MORE. Plus, the return of over 250 exhibitors including street food, artisan produce, beauty, craft, spirits and fashion.

Chorley Flower Show / Friday 25th - Sunday 27th July / 10am-4pm

The Chorley Flower Show is an annual three-day event held at Astley Park in Chorley, celebrating gardening, floral displays, and family entertainment. It features show gardens, floral marquees with award-winning exhibitors, and a variety of attractions including live music, vintage car shows, and children's activities.

The show also includes amateur competitions for flowers, fruits, and vegetables, as well as opportunities to shop at trade stands and enjoy food and drink

This Makers Market takes place on the newly-revitalised Friargate Brow, on the final Saturday of each month.
