Thursday 1st December 6-9pm - Berry Lane, Longridge

This year the high-street event will run on Thursday December 1 and can be found in the heart of Longridge on Berry Lane. Shops are expected to open in the town later than usual, with the event forecasted to run from 6pm-9pm on the mid-week evening.

A Winter Wonderland will be created in the middle of the town at Towneley Gardens featuring market stalls, food vendors, Christmas music, live dance performances, illuminations, snow machines and a Santa's Grotto.

 

Saturday 3rd - Sunday 4th December 9am - 5pm - Waddow Hall, Clitheroe

Festival de Noël pops up within the magnificent setting of Waddow Hall

Greetings from Christmas characters, magic shows, seasonal crafts to make and take plus live music throughout each day will ensure there is something for the whole family to enjoy at this yuletide festival.

Expect an eclectic mix of vintage wares, handmade crafts, art and quirkiness from some of the finest makers, creators and collectors in the land, all with a festive twist of course!

It is the ultimate gift buying experience for you and your friends and will be laden with gorgeous handmade gifts, trinkets, treasures and treats, plus culinary eats, warming cocktails and lots of merriment.

It’s £5 per ticket, under 16yrs are free

 

Monday 5th December 6-9pm - Kingsfold Christmas Market

The Kingsfold market will be open on Monday 5th December, from 6pm to 9pm.

The market is being held on Pope Lane and Hawksbury Drive.

There will be carols by Whitefield Primary School, and Kingsfold Library will be hosting South Ribble Borough Council’s “Community Conversation”, where you can join local Councillors for a mince pie and a discussion of local projects.

 

 

Wednesday 7th December 6:30pm - 9pm - Owls Nest, Morecambe

A Christmas market with small local business with plenty of choice to get you started on your Christmas shopping.

 

Thursday 8th - Sunday 11th December - St Annes Christmas Market Ashton Gardens

here’s FOUR days of Christmas markets to enjoy, with over 50 stalls and 12 Christmas Cabins along with food and drink vans. 🌭🍺

🤶 Friday 9 December, 11am – 8pm
⛄ Saturday 10 December, 11am – 8pm
❄️ Sunday 11 December, 11am – 6pm

Ashton Gardens will be decorated and lit while you visit log cabins and gazebos, hosting various local business. They’re selling food, drink, seasonal goods and craft items. Small people can enjoy themselves on a small funfair, while grown-ups shop and get into the festive spirit.

 

Wednesday 14th December 5 - 8pm - Sedburgh Town Centre

Head to the traditional market town of Sedbergh this December for an evening of Christmas shopping, as local shops stay open ‘til 8pm. Father Christmas will be in attendance, with Santa’s Grotto open for families to visit. There will be live music, market stalls, and lots more.

 

Wednesday 14th December  6-9pm - Liverpool Road Penwortham

Stalls will be held along Liverpool Road, from Crookings Lane to the Penwortham Arts Centre.

Priory Lane Community Centre will be open.  The Centre will host several indoor craft stalls, and its Community Library will be open for snacks and hot drinks.  Penwortham’s own Ukulele Group, who rehearse at the centre, will be performing in the Library at 7pm.

Elsewhere among the market stalls, you will hear carol singing by St Mary Magdalen Primary School.

 

Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th December - Whalley Artisan Festive Market Swan Hotel Car Park

Located in the heart of Whalley, this weekend market brings together art, design, fashion, vintage and more from over 35 local North West-based creators, makers and curators every month!
