Garstang Show 2025 / Saturday 2nd August / 8:30am - 5pm

We’re excited to be attending this year’s Garstang Show on Saturday 3rd August, where you’ll find us in the Food Hall with our full range of award-winning cheeses, chutneys, crackers, and locally sourced treats.

The Garstang Show is a fantastic family day out, celebrating the best of farming, food, and local produce. From livestock displays and agricultural exhibitions to live entertainment, crafts, and a dedicated food hall full of delicious offerings — it’s a great opportunity to support local businesses and enjoy a day in the heart of Lancashire.

 

Burnley Artisan Market / Saturday 2nd August / 10am-4pm

We’re excited to be attending the Burnley Artisan Market, a fantastic event that celebrates the very best of local talent, flavours, and craftsmanship. Held right in the heart of Burnley, this vibrant market is packed with passionate independent producers – from bakers and brewers to artists and makers – all coming together to showcase what the North West has to offer.

 

Preston Maker Market / Flag Market / Saturday 9th August / 10am-4pm

We’re excited to be attending the Preston Makers Market, held at the historic Flag Market in the heart of the city. This vibrant market brings together a fantastic mix of local makers, artisan food producers, and independent businesses. It’s the perfect place to shop small, support local, and discover something unique. You’ll find us next to the famous Spud Bros – come and say hello!

 

Clitheroe Food & Drink Festival / Saturday 9th August / 9am-4.30pm

We’re thrilled to be attending the Clitheroe Food & Drink Festival on Saturday 9th August 2025, held right in the bustling market car park of Clitheroe town centre. Taking place from 09:00 to 16:30 with free entry, the festival transforms the space into a vibrant street buffet featuring over 80 local food and drink producers from Lancashire and beyond—offering everything from craft beers and artisan cheeses to street‑food delights, cooking demos, tastings, live music, and family-friendly entertainment. Join us amid the stalls and the lively atmosphere of the market car park for a delicious day out supporting local producers!

 

Makers Market Winter Gardens Blackpool / Sunday 10th August / 11am-4.30pm

We’re excited to be attending the Makers Market at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on Sunday 10th August! From 11 am to 4 pm, this vibrant indoor event brings together over 70 independent makers from the Fylde Coast under one historic roof—offering everything from handcrafted art and jewellery to speciality food, live music, and family-friendly crafts.

Held in the iconic Olympia Hall of the Grade II listed Winter Gardens, it’s the perfect blend of heritage and creativity—come and explore with us!

 

Southport Flower Show / Thursday 14th - Sunday 17th August 

We’re excited to be attending the Southport Flower Show from Thursday through Sunday at Victoria Park, where we'll be showcasing our delicious Lancashire cheeses from Bowes Dairy Produce. You’ll find us at stall B39 in the Food Hall, sampling our award-winning JJ Sandham cheddar truckles, creamy farmhouse varieties, and artisan accompaniments like chutneys and crackers.

 

 

Hawkshead Show / Tuesday 19th August

We’re delighted to be attending the Hawkshead Show on Tuesday 19 August 2025, taking place at the scenic Hawkshead Hall Farm—celebrating its impressive 150th anniversary this year. Expect a glorious day filled with traditional agricultural displays—from prize livestock and vintage tractors to sheepdog trials, fell races, horticultural exhibits, and an array of local food and craft stalls. As well as the vibrant showground, stick around after closing for the Hoedown celebration, complete with a hog roast, live music, raffle, and auction to mark this special milestone. Join us amid the Cumbrian countryside for a truly memorable rural showcase!

 

Soapbox Derby Longridge / Saturday 23rd August

We’re excited to be part of the bustling artisan market at this year’s Longridge Soapbox Derby in the town centre, where our local crafts and goodies will bring a splash of creativity to Berry Lane’s event day. It’s always a lively, community-fuelled atmosphere—complete with family games, live entertainment, and street-food vibes alongside the thrilling soapbox racing. Fingers crossed the weather’s kinder this year than last—because nothing beats enjoying sunshine, great company, and handmade finds by the race track!

 

Nantwich Food & Drink Festival / Friday 29th - Sunday 31st August 

We’re excited to be returning to the Nantwich Food & Drink Festival from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st August, one of the UK’s largest free-entry events with over 40,000 visitors and around 200 exhibitors each year.

In previous years, we’ve been here selling Coole Swan, but this time we’re bringing something new—our full range of Lancashire cheeses. Come and find us to sample some local favourites and stock up on cheese, crackers and chutneys!

 

Preston Makers Market / Friargate / Saturday 30th August / 10am-4pm

We’re excited to be attending the Preston Makers Market at Friargate Brow in Preston City Centre on the fourth Saturday of each month. Hosted in the newly revitalised Friargate area, the market showcases over 60 stalls of North West makers, bakers, artists, and street-food vendors — all within a vibrant, family- and dog-friendly atmosphere.

It’s a brilliant chance to connect with the local creative community, discover unique handmade crafts and tasty treats, and enjoy a lively cultural hub in the heart of Preston.

 

Steam & Vintage Festival / Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st August 

We’re excited to be attending the Lancashire Steam & Vintage Festival for the very first time on Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st August at The Show Field, Salwick Road in Wharles near Preston.

After enjoying many wonderful years at the Fylde Vintage Steam & Farm Show—with its display of over 600 vintage steam engines, tractors, classic vehicles, livestock, fairground attractions, and live demonstrations—we can't wait to experience this event, which promises a similar nostalgic atmosphere with steam engines, tractor pulls, craft stalls, and great food and drink.
